I hope you are officially getting into the summer swing of things, with Father's Day last weekend and July 4th around the corner. Boston truly comes alive during this time of year, since we Bostonians have been patiently waiting for warmer weather to take full advantage of all our city has to offer. In this newsletter, I spotlight my neighborhood, the rapidly growing Seaport District, featuring the latest restaurants, fitness, and more to try this season. In addition, I showcase a few exceptional available properties, both on and off-market, as well as a variety of fun events to keep your calendars filled to the brim.

Featuring Boston's top fitness instructors, the program attracts fitness aficionados from all over the city to work out while overlooking Boston's Harbor after work. Sunset workouts and a private DJ? Yes, please!
The Social Register - Opening Soon!
Aloft Hotel at 401 D Street
The team behind Boston's hot spot, The Brahmin, will open their sister restaurant this summer with patio, lounge area, and "club." The Register plans to serve an eclectic menu of food and cocktails and will feature live entertainment, including DJs at dinner. Where did the name come from? Named for the infamous Boston Social Register - a directory book which was first published in 1890 and is still in production today, containing all the prominent names of The Boston Brahmins and other influential families in the community and around the world.
Mastro's Ocean Club
25 Fan Pier Boulevard (Lobby of 22 Liberty)
A popular high-end steakhouse with locations all around the country opened last week in the Seaport District. The diverse menu boasts seafood towers, sushi, and their award-winning steaks. Chef Todd Kozaka will be at the helm with an impressive resume, including stints at Legal Sea Foods and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Click here to learn more. Watch out Del Frisco's and Grill 23, there's a new contender in town. Gorgeous large space with live music on most days. Perfect place for a date, or conversely, a work dinner spot to impress your out of town clients with stellar steaks and views.

A taste of Nantucket, Japan, and the Mediterranean has arrived on Fan Pier. Lola 42, a sibling bistro and sushi bar to Nantucket’s popular Lola 41, is now in the lobby of 22 Liberty. Named for its latitudinal location, the menu covers every style of cuisine along the 42nd parallel. Click here to learn more. I recommend trying the sushi and sitting at the exclusive sushi bar. If you have a preference in fish or style of sushi, tell the chefs directly vs. the wait staff. The seasoned chefs are dying to have you try their latest delicacies they have stowed behind the bar and it's usually on the house!
Keep an eye out this summer for the Compass Sailboat on the Charles River, Boston Harbor, and the Cape! Affectionally named Peningo, this 49' custom Dubois is docked in the Charlestown Marina when it's not sailing the open seas. Also, Peningo won First in Class and Second in Fleet at Figawi 2017!
