Within 2 weeks she had it show-ready, and it was under agreement within the first 4 days for an amount that was far greater than the list price. In the meantime, and equally as important, she explained the concept of a leaseback with me which would allow me to stay in the property after the sale to give me time to find my next place, which I thought was a great idea.
